2023 - 103 - Fundamental Principles of Ayurveda

In this module, you will learn about the foundational concepts of Ayurvedic medicine, such as doshas, dhatus, malas, ama, ojas – and many more. In addition, we cover the history and the founding yogic philosophies that have influenced the practice of Ayurveda since its inception. You will be introduced to and learn the basics of the Sanskrit language, and follow important, ancient Ayurvedic texts to fully understand the roots of this science.
